After testing, our engineers verified that Zhono compatible chips used in these printers and copiers were not impacted by the OEM firmware upgrade, and that the chips function correctly on the printers and copiers in both previous and current models. Zhono chips continue to maintain their consistent quality.

As of April 9, Zhono engineers have completed rigorous testing on 36 printer models from 6 major OEM brands regarding their 2025 firmware updates. All Zhono chips passed the tests with a 100% success rate, remaining unaffected by the firmware updates.
